Submit application & documentsFill the management quota application form (online or in-person). Attach all documents listed in Section 9. Keep originals safe — do not submit originals at this stage.
Attend college counselling / interactionMost colleges conduct a brief interaction session for MQ applicants. This is not a competitive exam — it’s a formality and document verification step.
Receive offer letter & pay seat depositPay the initial seat deposit (₹50,000–₹2 Lakh) to hold your seat. Get a receipt and offer letter in writing. Read the refund policy before paying.
Complete full first-year fee payment & enrollPay the remaining first-year fees before the enrollment deadline. Submit originals for verification. Collect all acknowledgement receipts.
Do not surrender your KCET/COMEDK documents until your management quota seat is 100% confirmed in writing. Keep both options open for as long as possible.

- Class 10 (SSLC) mark sheet and passing certificate — original + 3 photocopies
- Class 12 (PUC / CBSE / ISC) mark sheet — original + 3 photocopies
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from last institution attended
- Migration Certificate (for students from non-Karnataka state boards)
- JEE Main / KCET / COMEDK scorecard (if appeared — not mandatory for MQ)
- Aadhar Card (or other valid government-issued photo ID)
- 8–10 passport-size photographs (recent, white background)
- Domicile / Residence proof (if applying for Karnataka-reserved quota)
- Caste / Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable
- NRI sponsorship documents — passport copy, NRI status proof (NRI quota only)
- Income certificate (some colleges ask for this for fee-waiver evaluation)
